📦 Digital Delivery Policy for Software Source Code

This policy applies to all software source code products purchased through the GamingLabs platform. As these products are delivered digitally and involve one-time access to proprietary content, customers agree to the following terms upon placing an order:
1. 📧 Order Completion & Delivery Method
Upon successful payment, the system will send the following information via email or through the member center:
A download link to the software source code
A decompression password or license key
Please keep this email and download information safe. GamingLabs is not responsible for re-sending expired, lost, or deleted download links.
2. 📁 Nature of Digital Products & Delivery Confirmation
All products sold on this platform are delivered once-only in compressed file formats such as .zip, .rar, or other standard archive formats.
Once the confirmation email containing the download link and password is sent, the delivery is considered complete.
3. 🚫 No Returns or Refunds
Due to the nature of digital goods and the risk of duplication, all source code purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Please read product descriptions carefully and ensure you have the necessary skills to use the source code before purchasing.
If you experience technical issues, you may contact our support team. We will assist where reasonable, but we do not guarantee modification services or technical support.
4. 🔐 Buyer Responsibility & License Terms
Buyers are responsible for keeping the source code and download credentials secure. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing is strictly prohibited, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product's license.
Purchase grants the buyer a personal or commercial usage license only; it does not include ownership of copyright.
Unauthorized copying, resale, or distribution may result in license termination and legal action.
